01 Will you be listing my house on the MLS?

Great question. We are home buyers, not agents. Therefore we do not list any homes on the MLS. We purchase houses in the Greater Atlanta Area that meet our purchasing criteria. After that we might repair the home or keep it as a rental property.

02 How are you different than a Real Estate Agent?

Real estate agents will list a property online and wait for people to show interest. They typically charge 6% commission. We actually purchase the property directly. We pay cash. We close quickly, and you don't have to pay any agent fees.

03 How long will it take to close?

Typically, listing with an agent takes 45-65 days. With us, you can expect to close in as little as one to two weeks because we don't have to worry about financing and have strong relations with our closing attorneys.

04 How difficult is the process?

Our goal is to make the process as simple and seamless as humanly possible. We do everything in our power to make selling your home easy and hassle-free. If you need help, we are there at every point.

05 Are your prices fair?

06 How do you determine your offer?

We look at the Condition, Location, and cost of Repairs needed. We also compare recently sold homes in the area to come up with a price that works for both parties.

07 Are there commissions or fees?

Nope! No hidden fees or extras. We will even cover all the closing costs so you don't have to. What we offer is what you get at the closing table.
